About us...
Where it started...
Chris Shore FNAEA founded his independent estate agency in 1989 in Rustington, West Sussex after working in property since the early 1970's.
Over the years, he built-up his own property portfolio which he managed throughout his retirement.
How it evolved...
In 2019, Jennifer - Chris Shore’s daughter - took over the management of his substantial portfolio and formed Shore & Family Property Management Limited; and soon began to take on properties for clients across West Sussex and beyond.
The future...
We now manage over 150 properties and freeholds in the county and are proudly accredited members of the iHowz Landlords Association. We look forward to expanding our Lettings and Management departments through the future generations of

We also offer a ‘Key-Holding’ service for any property in West Sussex - This includes emergency call-outs, key delivery & collections and key cutting. All for just £3.00 per month.
Plus a ‘Rent-Collection’ service - This includes Debt Collection and Deposit Holding for just £5.00 per month.
